("Clevera," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this AUP is to protect our users, our Service, third parties, and the integrity of the job search ecosystem. It sets out what you may and may not do when using the Service.
2. General Expectations
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, for your own personal job search and career development, and in accordance with this AUP, the Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and third-party terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Prohibited Activities

- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Provide false, misleading, or fabricated information in your profile, documents, or applications, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, credentials, work history, or authorization to work.

4. Honest Use in Your Job Search
Carir AI is built on a review-first principle. AI-generated resumes, cover letters, recommendations, and answers are drafts to assist you, not statements of fact. You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs for accuracy, completeness, and honesty before you export them, submit them, or mark a role as applied. You must not use the Service to make false representations to prospective employers.
5. Respecting Third-Party Platforms
The Service may help you save roles and autofill applications on third-party websites, including job boards and applicant tracking systems. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those third parties. You may use the browser extension only on sites and in ways permitted by those third parties and by applicable law. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their policies.
6. Content Standards
You are responsible for the content you upload to or generate through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate this AUP, the rights of any third party, or any applicable law. We may, but are not obligated to, review, screen, or remove content that we believe violates this AUP or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating your account, and reporting the matter to law enforcement or other authorities. We are not liable for any action taken in good faith to enforce this AUP.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or of any security or abuse concern, please report it to us at support@carir.ai. Please include enough detail for us to investigate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised AUP.
